For the Bene-Lux Jewels BV orders applies a withdrawal period of 14 days from the day after the delivery.

Within this period you can look at, judge and/or fit the article, unless mentioned otherwise. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, then you will return the product with all associated components, and in - as far as this is possible – the original state and packaging to Bene-Lux Jewels bv, according to the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Bene-Lux Jewels bv.

1. Return Policy

You can return articles:

 

• within the withdrawal period of 14 days
• if the article is complete undamaged
• in - as far as this is possible – the original state and packaging
• registered via consignor (signature for delivery). This is not obligated but strongly recommended because the shipment is your responsibility.

 

Some articles cannot be returned:

 

• articles with a personal engraving
• articles which are made on special demand
• custom-made articles
• articles which are adapted on your specifications

 

2. trial period
During the "trial period" of 14 days you must handle the product and the packaging carefully. Do not unpack, or use, the product to the extent that is necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product. If you use the sighting period, you will have to return the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to Bene-Lux Jewels bv, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Bene-Lux Jewels bv.
